cb18b3c0be glchess: adjust to Vala 0.15 
This commit means that gnome-games will now build with Vala 0.15, which
is the version of Vala that all the other GNOME modules are targetting
(and will have a stable release alongside GNOME 3.4).

It also means that older versions of Vala will no longer work.

5636de2ed1 Build help with yelp-tools instead of gnome-doc-utils 
Help will be installed to /usr/share/help instead of
/usr/share/gnome/help and we'll need to use help: instead of ghelp:

Also fixed a couple translation typos that caused build failures

dd0c2afe2d glchess: Remove embedded version of gnuchess 
There is no need for an embedded version when a normal dep on
gnuchess works just fine. Most distros do this anyway.
