# QB Networks FAQ
1. In our QB Networks organization, we have an community and business model that is based on worker self-management, creating a synthesis between individual freedom of dissenting opinion and teamwork based on collective consciousness.
2. We follow a working method that is open, transparent, friendly, participatory, based on rights and merit, and based on a 24/7 working service workflow.
3. We do not have an elite group, there is no dictator team or person. We have gradually shifted the core team approach we took from the BSD model to the GNU model. In this direction, we are structured in a way that there will be more than one center organization instead of a single center.
4. Still, we can talk about a team consisting of people who are more willing to share knowledge and think they know more, who provide training and undertake the responsibility of maintaining the trainings, and that the person can be a core team leader related to their field or a general core team leader.
5. However, learning is mutual. Therefore, as we mentioned, we do not want a single leader or a single core team, but a structure that is in dynamic communication and constantly renewing.
6. We want to be an organization that interacts with each other and serves to the entire internet within the concept and philosophy of Free Software principles. We are open to our partners or anyone who is not affiliated with us but wants to benefit from our knowledge-base.
