## Contributing to Procyberian Systems Distribution

The Procyberıan Systems Dıstrıbutıon community ıs not an ["Open Source" community](https://www.gnu.org/philosophy/open-source-misses-the-point.en.html) but we are open to all kinds of hacker cultures and we respect their contributions.

|
Also, we use a mailing list (```hackathon@procyberian.xyz```) for dıscussıons of the development, our regular hackathons and bug reports.
|
|||
|
|
|
|||
|
|
Please read our ["Code of Conduct"](https://github.com/masscollabs/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md) and if you don't agree please do not send a Pull Request for becoming a member. We have a freedom respecting and friendly policy but we don't accept people who will bait and switch.

All domains and computing environments are moderated but open to everyone and we don't hide our management processes.
