instead of checking for event->button == 3, so context menus
work correctly on the Mac. Didn't change the image menu yet
because thet requires some more refactoring.
Instead, handle the drawing offset generically by offsetting the
cairo_t in two places in the callers, and only pass the width and
height available for drawing.

FG/BG/whatever from. Use the context to enable dynamic FG/BG
colors in gradients. Fixes bug #127676 and bug #352214. Addresses
bug #128367 (doesn't fix it because there's no loading/saving and
no GUI yet).
