* cppexp.c: New FINISHED dummy token. Combine operator initial flags and initial priority into a single constant. New EQUALITY macro. New operator flag SHORT_CIRCUIT. (_parse_cpp_expr): Implement new constants. Take left operand checks out of reduction loop. Handle SHORT_CIRCUIT. End of parse indicated by reducing FINISHED token.
