* libsupc++/cxxabi.h: Declare __cxa_thread_atexit.
* libsupc++/atexit_thread.cc: New.
* libsupc++/Makefile.am (nested_exception.lo): Add it.
* config/abi/pre/gnu.ver: Add __cxa_thread_atexit.
