* java/util/BasicMapEntry.java: Re-added.
	* java/util/HashMap.java (Entry): Extend BasicMapEntry.
	(putAll): Test for BasicMapEntry.
	* java/util/Hashtable.java (Entry): Extend BasicMapEntry.
	(putAll): Test for BasicMapEntry.
	Change references from `HashMap.Entry' to `Entry' in various places.
	* Makefile.am: Add BasicMapEntry.java.
	* Makefile.in: Rebuilt.
