(_Jv_StackTrace::ClassForFrame): Exclude interpreted classes. * jvmti.cc (_Jv_JVMTI_GetMethodDeclaringClass): New function. (_Jv_JVMTI_Interface): Define GetMethodDeclaringClass function.
