Reformat JDBC classes and add new JDK 1.4 classes and methods.

	java/sql/DriverManager.java,

	java/sql/ResultSetMetaData.java, java/sql/SQLData.java
	java/sql/SQLException.java, java/sql/SQLInput.java,
