	parameter in call to Image_Wide_Character.

	* s-imgwch.ads, s-imgwch.adb (Image_Wide_Character): Add boolean
	parameter Ada_2005 to deal with annoying FFFE/FFFF inconsistency.
	(Image_Wide_Character): Add boolean parameter Ada_2005 to deal with
	annoying FFFE/FFFF inconsistency.
