LoongArch: Change {dg-do-what-default} save and restore logical.

The set of {dg-do-what-default} to 'run' may lead some test hang
during make check.

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:

	* gcc.target/loongarch/vector/loongarch-vector.exp: Change
	{dg-do-what-default} save and restore logical.
