Warning fixes:

* Makefile.in (c-gperf.h): Add -L KR-C -F ', 0, 0' flags to gperf.
        (c-parse.gperf): Update comments describing invocation flags.
        (c-gperf.h): Regenerate using gperf 2.7.1 (19981006 egcs).
