libstdc++: Fix example preprocessor command in FAQ [PR103877]

libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:

	PR libstdc++/103877
	* doc/xml/faq.xml: Add '-x c++' to preprocessor command.
	* doc/html/faq.html: Regenerate.
