calls.c (emit_library_call): Do not abort if FUNCTION_ARG returns a PARALLEL.

* calls.c (emit_library_call): Do not abort if FUNCTION_ARG
        returns a PARALLEL.  Use emit_group_load and use_group_regs
        as needed.
        (emit_library_call_value): Similarly.
