[PATCH 2/2] RISC-V:Add intrinsic cases for the CMOs extensions

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:

	* gcc.target/riscv/cmo-32.c: New test.
	* gcc.target/riscv/cmo-64.c: New test.
