* java/beans/FeatureDescriptor.java:
	(getShortDescription): Implemented fallback mechanism and fixed
	documentation (fixes bug #12637).
	(getDisplayName): Dito.

	will now be set correctly.
	(flushCaches): Now flushes all cached intermediate data.
