(output_enumeral_list, const_value_attribute, name_attribute, comp_dir_attribute, prototyped_attribute, producer_attribute, inline_attribute, pure_or_virtual_attribute, output_inheritance_die, dwarfout_file_scope_decl, generate_new_sfname_entry, generate_macinfo_entry, dwarfout_init, dwarfout_finish): Use ASM_OUTPUT_DWARF_STRING_NEWLINE macro.
