gcc/
	* config/mips/mips.c (MIPS_GET_FCSR, MIPS_SET_FCSR): New macros.
	(mips_atomic_assign_expand_fenv): New function.
	(TARGET_ATOMIC_ASSIGN_EXPAND_FENV): Define.
