alloc.cc: Fix use of test allocator.

* testsuite/20_util/shared_ptr/creation/alloc.cc: Fix use of test
	allocator.
	* testsuite/20_util/shared_ptr/creation/no_rtti.cc: Likewise.
	* testsuite/30_threads/promise/cons/alloc.cc: Likewise.
