Reader.java: Merge docs from classpath.

* java/io/Reader.java: Merge docs from classpath.
	(skip): Synchronize on `lock'.
	* java/io/FileReader.java: Import correct implementation from
	classpath.
	* java/io/StringReader.java: Merge docs from classpath.
	(ready): Throw IOException if stream is closed.
