re PR libfortran/34669 (libgfortran doesn't build with -pipe)

        PR libfortran/34669
        * mk-kinds-h.sh: Compile with -S to avoid calling the assembler,
        to avoid piping the -fdump-parse-tree output to the assembler
        when configuring with -pipe.
        * mk-sik-inc.sh: Likewise.
        * mk-srk-inc.sh: Likewise.
