build: Include minor version in config.gcc unsupported message

It has been pointed out to me that when moving Solaris 11.3 from
config.gcc's obsolete to unsupported list, I'd forgotten to also move
the minor version info, leading to confusing

*** Configuration i386-pc-solaris2.11 not supported

instead of the correct

*** Configuration i386-pc-solaris2.11.3 not supported

This patch fixes this oversight.

Tested on i386-pc-solaris2.11 (11.3 and 11.4).
