	* gcc_build (bootstrap_gcc): New function.
	(configure_gcc): Likewise.
	(build_gcc): Rewritten to use configure and bootstrap.
	(MAKE_BOOTSTRAP_OPTIONS): Replaced MAKE_OPTIONS.
