GregorianCalendar.java (getLinearTime): Avoid counting the leap day of the leap year twice.

	* java/util/GregorianCalendar.java (getLinearTime): Avoid counting
	the leap day of the leap year twice.
	(computeFields): First week of month is 1 not 0.
