libjava.exp (test_libjava_from_source): Append .exe to executable names.

	* testsuite/lib/libjava.exp (test_libjava_from_source):
	Append .exe to executable names.  If no suffix is present,
	then ".exe" is added by default on win32.  Harmless
	elsewhere so always do it.
