[ARM][committed] Sort ARMv8 processors by alphabetic order

* config/arm/arm-cores.def (cortex-m23, cortex-m33): Move into
	alphabetical order with respect to other ARMv8 processors.
	* config/arm/arm-tables.opt: Regenerate.
	* config/arm/arm-tune.md: Likewise.
