Rename bits/mutex.h to avoid clashing with glibc

* include/Makefile.am: Adjust.
	* include/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
	* include/bits/mutex.h: Rename to bits/std_mutex.h.
	* include/std/condition_variable: Adjust include.
	* include/std/mutex: Likewise.
