Richard M. Stallman 5ac83f86e6 Rename lignux to linux-gnu in configuration names. 
Use gnu-linux as the opsys value (s/ file name).
Allow i686 just like i386, i486, i586.

(i*86-*-sco3.2v5): New alternative.
(OVERRIDE_CPPFLAG): New variable.
(CPPFLAGS): If OVERRIDE_CPPFLAG is set, use that.

Specify vpath for .texi files.
