1ba0149572 Fix curved quotes in a few places 
* lisp/calc/calc-misc.el (calc-help): Fix quoting.
The strings in question are not doc strings, so this partially
undoes the recent change that assumed they were doc strings.
* lisp/cedet/srecode/srt-mode.el (srecode-macro-help):
* lisp/info.el (Info-finder-find-node):
Use curved quotes.
* lisp/emacs-lisp/derived.el (derived-mode-make-docstring):
Also allow curved quotes in doc strings.

2c3b05c93e lisp/emacs-lisp/derived.el (define-derived-mode): Declare indent 3. 
Now, e.g. `indent-sexp' will produce:

    (define-derived-mode outline-mode text-mode "Outline"
      "Set ...")

instead of:

    (define-derived-mode outline-mode text-mode "Outline"
                         "Set ...")

56924d996f Make it possible to locally disable a globally enabled mode. 
* simple.el (fundamental-mode): Run fundamental-mode-hook.
* emacs-lisp/derived.el (define-derived-mode): Use fundamental-mode
rather than kill-all-local-variables so it runs fundamental-mode-hook.
* emacs-lisp/easy-mmode.el (define-globalized-minor-mode):
Use fundamental-mode-hook to run MODE-enable-in-buffers earlier, so
that subsequent hooks get a chance to disable it.

156680e2df (define-derived-mode): Remove defvar for mode hook. (It conflicted 
with defcustoms for some mode hooks.)  Use the `variable-documentation'
property to give the mode hook a docstring and expand that docstring.
