This undocumented variable was always set to t. There was no
function to change the variable.

The differences between this and the existing `cperl-ps-print-init'

commented out since 1999.

Another candidate was 'M-s i'. Discussion on emacs-devel has led me
to conclude that most people will find 'M-g i' more intuitive and thus
easier to memorize.

a prototype.
