Improve Tramp's initial warnings

* lisp/net/tramp-cache.el (tramp-dump-connection-properties):
Adapt comment.

* lisp/net/tramp-compat.el (tramp-warning): Declare and use it.

* lisp/net/tramp-message.el (tramp-warning): Declare `indent'.
