Improve some docstrings in bibtex.el

* lisp/textmodes/bibtex.el: (bibtex-BibTeX-entry-alist)
(bibtex-biblatex-entry-alist, bibtex-BibTeX-field-alist): Improve docstrings.
(bibtex-biblatex-entry-alist): Minor fix.
