(Fx_list_fonts): Use a cache stored in FRAME_X_SCREEN.

(the_x_screen): New variable.
(syms_of_xfns): Staticpro parts of it.
(Fx_open_connection): Initialize it.
(Fx_create_frame): Make frame point to it.
