Rename abnormal hook to comp-async-cu-done-functions

* lisp/emacs-lisp/comp.el (comp-async-cu-done-functions): Rename
from 'comp-async-cu-done-hook' to reflect that it is an abnormal
hook.  Doc fix and update single caller.
