Use completion-at-point for mailalias.el
* lisp/mail/mailalias.el: Use lexical-binding. (pattern, mailalias-done): Declare dynamic. (mail-completion-at-point-function): New function, from mail-complete. (mail-complete): Use it. (mail-completion-expand): New function. (mail-get-names): Use it.
