Fix handling of non-nil 'dired-movement-style'
* lisp/dired.el (dired--move-to-next-line): Treat any non-nil value of 'dired-movement-style' except 'cycle' as 'bounded'. (dired-movement-style): Mention this in the doc string. (Bug#71770)
