(print-help-return-message): Reset help-window to nil.
(view-lossage): Use with-help-window instead of
with-output-to-temp-buffer and move help-window-point-marker after
inserted text.
(describe-bindings, describe-key, describe-mode): Use
with-help-window instead of with-output-to-temp-buffer.
