Add c-ts-mode tests

* test/lisp/progmodes/c-ts-mode-resources/indent.erts: New .erts file
to test indentation of typical C constructs and prevent regression of
bug fixes.
* test/lisp/progmodes/c-ts-mode-tests.el: New file with c-ts-mode
tests.
