Fix error handling in 'ispell-init-process'
* lisp/textmodes/ispell.el (ispell-init-process): When Ispell initialization reports an error, call 'ispell-accept-output' only if the Ispell process is still alive. (Bug#50370) Copyright-paperwork-exempt: yes
