Improve documentation of 'with-suppressed-warnings'.
* lisp/emacs-lisp/byte-run.el (with-suppressed-warnings): Refer to 'byte-compile-warnings' instead of 'byte-compile-warning-types', as only the former variable documents the available warning types.
