(rmail-current-message): Remove unneeded declaration.
(uce-message-text, uce-default-headers): Fix custom type.
(rmail-buffer, rmail-msg-is-pruned): Declare.
(uce-reply-to-uce): Add autoload cookie.  Doc fix.  Update for mbox Rmail.
