Replace obsolete generic-make-keywords calls

* lisp/generic-x.el (bat-generic-mode, rc-generic-mode, rul-generic-mode):
Replace obsolete function generic-make-keywords with its expansion.

* lisp/emacs-lisp/generic.el: Update commentary.
