* buffer.c (defvar_per_buffer): Remove unused parameter `doc'.
  (DEFVAR_PER_BUFFER): Don't pass it.
* dispnew.c (row_equal_p, add_row_entry): Remove unused parameter `w'.
  (scrolling_window): Don't pass it.
