Fix a `string-to-multibyte' in Gnus

* lisp/gnus/gnus-art.el (gnus-request-article-this-buffer): The
original article buffer is multibyte, and we're inserting into the
article buffer, which is also multibyte, so the `string-to-multibyte'
here should be unnecessary?
