Small fixes related to etc/HELLO
* doc/emacs/help.texi (Language Help): * doc/emacs/mule.texi (International Chars): etc/HELLO is for character demonstration. * etc/HELLO: Say that this is not a comprehensive list. Remove "duplicate" entry. (Bug#11024)
