Fix outgoing mime type regression (Bug#62815)
* lisp/net/mailcap.el (mailcap-mime-extensions, mailcap-parse-mimetype-file, mailcap-mime-types): Don't regexp-quote mimetypes in a context where they should be strings. (mailcap--regexp-quote-type): Remove.
