Another fix for the no-toolkit build
This should be better in the long run. * oldXMenu/Activate.c (XMenuActivate): Revert previous change, eliminating the goto it introduced. * oldXMenu/XMenuInt.h: Include <attribute.h>, for FALLTHROUGH.
