Fix xrefs in pdf Emacs manual
* doc/emacs/fortran-xtra.texi (ForIndent Cont, ForIndent Num) (Fortran Columns): * doc/emacs/picture-xtra.texi (Rectangles in Picture): Fix recent changes that neglected the splitting of the pdf manuals.
