Fix cl byte-compile warning in cl-loaddefs.el
* lisp/emacs-lisp/cl-macs.el (cl--optimize) (cl-struct-sequence-type, cl-struct-slot-offset): Autoload since they are referred to by code in cl-loaddefs.el.
