Generate leim-list with bootstrap-emacs, in prep for dumping it with emacs
* src/Makefile.in: (leimdir): New variable. ($(leimdir)/leim-list.el): New rule. (emacs$(EXEEXT)): Depend on leim-list.el. Fixes: debbugs:4789
